HealthySkincare CRM is a multi-tenant clinic lead management CRM for skincare and aesthetic clinics. It connects to Google Ads Lead Forms and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Lead Ads to sync advertising leads into each clinic's secure workspace.
The platform helps clinic teams capture marketing leads, manage follow-ups, and convert prospects into patients. Sign-in is required only to access the CRM workspace.
Google OAuth is used for two optional features. Google Ads: when a clinic administrator connects Google Ads from Settings → Integrations → Google Ads Lead Forms, we authenticate the user, list accessible ad accounts, retrieve lead form submissions for selected campaigns, and import leads into the CRM. Gmail: when a CRM user connects Gmail from CRM → Email, we request gmail.send so the user can send email they compose in CRM. We do not read the Gmail inbox. Google data is not used for advertising, sold to third parties, or shared across tenants. Use of Google user data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Meta OAuth is used when a clinic administrator connects Facebook & Instagram Lead Ads from Settings → Integrations. Meta data is used only to list Pages, retrieve Lead Ads submissions, and import leads into the authorized clinic workspace.
